Return Policy

No returns on used, opened, or perishable agro chemical products to ensure safety and prevent spoilage. Exchanges or refunds are accepted only for defective, damaged, expired, or wrong items, subject to stock availability. 

Contact support within 7 days of delivery via Email, WhatsApp, or Phone with order details, photos/video of unboxing, and proof of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and labels intact; customer pays return shipping unless our error. 

Upon inspection, we'll process replacement (free shipping if serviceable) or refund to original payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and free gifts must be returned too.
